It is, the start of a fine trucking career lol...hey doesn't Crete only require 4 mths experience? I think we can both agree that's pretty much the same right?
Actually looked at Schaffer and thought about it, I liked our hometime flexibility more and I'm lucky and don't need benefits...that would be something to consider if I ever did though...

One of my only dislikes here is the health plan. Everything else is good.

This is for anyone who THINKS THEY HAVE A BAD DAY. I got ready to leave out of Amarillo this morning, I got stopped by another driver. Hwy 287 was closed for another 1/2hour. Truck accident.OK no problem, sit and wait. About 15 miles north on 287 I came on the accident. A flat bed hauling lumber missed the curve, the road takes a somewhat sharp turn right at the bottom of the hill. The truck went off the left side, took out 100 feet of gard rail, totaly gone. Hit the edge of bridge dead center. Looks to have burst into flames. State patrol said driver died on impact. During your bad day, at least you can call your loved ones. This driver will not.
cdavis188, tallinthesaddle4life, mitrucker and 4 others Thank this. -
