I don't think anyone would have any issues with the whining in that post!

My apu ac struggles to keep up on hot days. I have to close the rear curtains and hope for the best!!!!

 

Made it to Gothenburg, Nebraska. Glad I did. The best hand cut steak I've had in a long time.

Place called Nebraska Barn & Grill on I80. The truck stop lot needs some work but the meal more than made up for it!!

My 579 does good if I keep the windshield covered with the reflective window insulation. This 587 flat out sucks if the sun it up...which sucks for this load because I have been on night shift.

 

So that load I had rejected, they ended up accepting it 3 days later. They sent an inspector out to the truck stop to check consistency/temperature of the dipping sauces and I guess it was okay. I asked why he didn't just taste it, haha. Big relief anyway.

 

Honestly, with the money I make here(or don't make here) my wife and MIL would be homeless if I ate out like you do. On my pay, if I get to supersize 1 of my McD's meals, it's because I had a decent pay period for once. Must be nice

 

I eat on between $30 and $50 a week.
I usually have some kind of fresh meat and a vegetable to go with it. If you go to Walmart around 5 or 6 in the morning they have there meat marked down and you get a good price on it.

 

Night crew at the shop got my APU working. The guy on day shift who worked on my lights will fix them (again) in the AM...
Then Chad asked me to deliver a load to Grand Forks and then I reload going out to Idaho

 

Off for a MUCH needed 34 in Fargo. I booked a Hotel for both nights. Changed trucks, which took forever, but since the old one has MANY (if small) repairs needed, I just asked to get into the loaner permanently. Same year and model, just dreaded the thought of moving all my crappola onto the new truck then doing it AGAIN 3 weeks later.

Red roof is $64 a night.(With the company discount) Taking tonight and relaxing, drinking way too much, and generally misbehaving.

Tomorrow I have a prescription to refill, a truck to get set up, other miscellaneous crappola, then more misbehaving til 7pm, when it's time to sleep so I can make my pickup 12 hours later.

I had a BATH this evening!!! And the hot-tub. -Alone, but it was still pretty darned nice.

 

Don't you want your east coast loads back?
