But, have you attempted to get routed back to Richmond to have a talk with your FM or Alan Jones? If not, have you attempted to talk with anyone about it via phone?
Now, Is it your fault?
Well, not getting miles is probably not but I don't know how you are running the miles given to you either. In my opinion, "how" you run the miles given can effect what you get.
BUT... "Inaction" on your part in not addressing it, except to us and we are trying to help you, well, quite frankly, yes, that is your fault.
So, my* question to you... (with respect)
What is YOUR action plan to address this???
Stay on the patio and tell us about it?
(I mean that's fine but won't fix the issue)
Get off the patio and talk to someone else?
(Meaning TODAY... Call Victor or Alan)

Just spoke with Victor finally. Good talk. Now, we'll see if that helps. We discussed my limitations and peaves. So, we are on the same page now, I believe.
Victor told me that changes are coming. They are hiring new folk for planning and dispatch, so drivers may be reassigned FM's in the near future. So, be mindful of that.
Also spoke with Bill. Those nice new Western stars are O/O trucks.
Waiting on a run, now that all my rats are killed. Help me pray that I can stop biotching now!!Last edited: Jul 29, 2016

Dear Lord! I hope I don't get switched! I just got one that will run me. I mean, I got 5980 for this pay period! Haven't had that in a loooonnnnggg time. Amazing what a difference it makes in your outlook and mood to feel like you matter to the company.
And @KD5AXG, I have felt your pain. But, finally had enough and demanded a change. Actually, I quit but got a phone call to come in and discuss the issues. Still didn't fix all the issues, so asked for a new fm. So far, so good. Fingers crossed that it wasn't a fluke. -

Sometimes you need to be proactive, that's how a number of us keep rolling... Via simple ongoing communication with whoever... And sometimes you need to be reactive... Now @RebelChick had to go to the extreme yes, and we don't want you to have to do that...
