Crafty. Converted F2F to LLC in may, waited 90 days, then declared personal chapter 13 -- guess he didn't want his former "business partners" divvying his stake in F2F.

 

If BBB isn't a conman,he is giving a good impression off one.

 

I'm sure unpaid owner operators bankrolled plenty of legal counsel for Bill.

My favorite was how Max Trans counseled him to not pay anyone he owed who had already quit. Shows their true colors. Just a bunch of empty suits.

 

I was just talking to my wife about the same thing. I have to agree that it isn't Max Trans's business to pay them off. Like it or not, that was a sound business move, tho not a moral one.

 

Moral would be for bill to pay the people what is owed and not try to snake his way out

 

But wait a few weeks and BBB will be preaching awesomeness and greatness all over social media telling the world how great and awesome he is and how all his debts have been settled (as in charged off in chapter 13). "We have turned things around, the grass is greener now than it has ever been, come spend a week in our business training, learn how to log on to ITS and use a telephone, something that has never been seen, heard of or done in the trucking industry"

I keep waiting on the episode of American Greed that features BBB and what an amazing social media marketing wonder he is and how he can continue to bury the truth and get more people to subscribe to his vast wealth of greatness and awesomeness.

 

Pay them with what? He went bankrupt. The guy doesn't have two nickels to rub together.

He still has plenty the court could take and sell to pay the drivers
