    Irrelevant? Maybe, but in the end I was defending wooly! But!!!!! Drumming and I ended that part of the conversation.

    The accident report just says driver lost control of cmv do to vehicle malfunctioning but i believe the shackles on the drive came loose or was already loose while i was driving i reported the brakes had been making a loud popping noise to my fleet manager and truck was put in the shop

    And I'll say this and quit..lol But, fedex never once did an investigation into his accident, once they found out he had the accident they immediately suspended him from driving. And once, they found the air valve went bad they demanded the vendor return it. But anywho, glad the op is not hurt. Good luck to you!!

    As bad as they need drivers i doubt it but im to the point i dont wanna drive for them any more i could of lost my life this isnt the only incident a few months earlier i quit because the guy would replace the leaking fuel tank
