I don't know if it's my dispatchers or the whole company but I've been leased on for about six weeks and it costs me money out of my pocket every load .. The refuse to give me load confirmations no choice of loads which I was told they were none force dispatch I've turned down 2 loads and was punished by left sitting for days.. Was told I could pic my routes which I refuse to run North East coast and new York and being punished for that Jrc collects fsc and detention and tarp fees and keeps them so you get no fuel discounts no fsc carp rates heavy loads.. You have to mail in your paper work and what 10 days till they mail u a paper check ... Then Scott and Linda Buley threaten to terminate your lease.. Hold Your settlements for weeks acuse you of not knowing what your doing and brag how great they are and how long they have been with the company. And forget about talking with someone a corporate they don't answer calls don't respond to emails or call back.. They will blled you dry and leave you sitting broke with no load and no fuel.. And if you have a break down they accuse you of using there trailer for personal use or gypsy loads I'm all done with them stay away and don't believe anything they say

So i'm sure as an experienced owner operator that you got all of your "options" or what they were supposed to offer you in writing so you know its legit and can hold them to it legally, right? Sounds like a company that should have been researched prior to signing on with them.

Lonesome and Heavyhammer 59 Thank this.

If I can't run off a load board, pick my own loads on percentage and be left alone then it's a no go for me.

I hear ya boss, by no means am i trying to put you down. I was just saying, as we all know, if its in writing they can't argue with you. You should know in this industry promises are like unicorns and leprechauns.... Everyone would love to see the fairy tail come true!
