    I just got on at a DC I'm not near. So why wait. If you can get in the system and complete your year. Then transfer back close home. That would be better than waiting. One will have to move. Or maintain a homestead address. But why not. I'm moving next week

    Yes the one on the Internet this is too is a once you go by that list check daily because sometimes they're there and they'll be gone as soon as you know if they take them down as soon as they get a certain amount of applications
