If all this blows up in my face then so be it and I can go right back to the solo board, no big deal.
I know the team board sucks but i think i can still do okay even running cheaper.

But with the miles he's putting on the truck it won't be worth buying.

With his engine history it's not worth buying anyways.

I don't agree with his decisions, but his logic is valid based on the weight each individual puts on each variable.

My question is where/how was the codriver found? How did you do due diligence to make sure he's not one of the.posters who's first post is "I did XYZ, I know it was dumb but who will hire me?"

So you based it on 8500 per week and have only done 7k so far with no loads available seems like your 1500 in the hole this week based on projections.

At that rate you'll only lose 500 this week.

You also knew there was no solo loads on team board it's not as if they changed that once you switched.

Seems as if you think you're entitled to the best of both or at least think you should be.

You complained solo drivers were cheating by having others book freight when you weren't able too while driving and now you're complaining you can't do the same thing on the solo side.

I hope it works for you but I don't think teams nor solo should have access to both boards.

Schneider went over the drivers working and driving history with me when they pulled it. Driver has 16 years experience btw.
Schneider had to approve the driver history/experience as well as me.

If my week were to end today it would still be fairly profitable week.
Theres loads i can do but the deadhead and the pay sucks.
I am sharing that Schneider is withholding loads from the team board..
Making deadhead an issue when it doesn't have to be. We all know ICs dont pick all the loads and theres leftovers. Schneider could offer us more loads, not like the ZERO loads in many states while posting loads to those states. That's just dumb.

Barely any info online about the team side, maybe some will value the experience and opinion I'm sharing about running it.
It seems I'm just being blasted nonstop for sharing my experience

This. I don't agree with his decisions, but it's his decision to make and i hope it works our well for him. But I'm still gonna give him a bit of friendly grief when he grabs a cheap load. Friendly being the key word there. Its my duty to pick on those i call friend.
