They make a lot of money and don't get me wrong the job comes with a ######## package too and we still have drivers that just come in and quit in 2 weeks or less, go to new york everyday, spend hours in traffic, slow trucks, management treat you like a kid or they think they own you etc it's not a bad job if you can deal with the ######## but i know most of yall would have just walked away from that ####. Ups is always a way better outfit than JB no matter what the pay is.
i said Home depot account out of breinigsville pa that's the only that's paying that much cpm they have thousands of dcs account it could be any of them that he work out of

You sure you know what you are talking about, are you talking about YRC yellow and holland they have typical job like any other ltl carrier and no you don't have to wait as long as you have what they ask for and a clean record nd probably have no clue about what's going on yellow hire people with 6 months or less and holland still do the same as long as they need to think again if you think any trucking company you work for need you, you are replaceable no matter what and people still leave ups and others and yrc almost bankrupted and now they are taking money out of their drivers check to stay in business i have friends that works for yrc and ups and from what i heard there is nothing special about holland.

Nothing special right about paying your health Insurnace, like how AAA cooper charges what 200-300$ a week for health Insurnace, fedex freight 100$?, hum old dominion 300$ a week,
Estes 100-200$, central transport 250$, RL carriers 150$, Averitt express LTL 100$ a week,
An JB hunt what they charge you probably 100-200$ maybe even more Schneider charges 400$ a month, so let's take my pay
350$x6 days 2,100$ 0$ for my health Insurnace
An company pension of 275$ a month, to start
I'm at 85% pay, btw not even max,
I know an old dominion, driver makes .61 CPm 20$ for ever drop an hook, an 26$ an HR, but his Insurnace is 300$ a week, so he loses ... hmm 1200$ a month, so 14,400$ of his money is already spent right out the door he has a 10,000$ out of pocket maximum,
Holland pays 386$ a week for my health Insurnace they don't take (18,528$) a year from me my co pay for everything is 20$, no 5000$ out of pocket maximum or any thing crazy like that.

seem like you ran illegal 11 hours drive time and 5 hours totall sixteen hours. They have total junk equipment many tractors over twenty years old. No insurance for 90 days no pension for every 4 years you get 1 year credit so work 120 years to get a 30 year pension. UPS drivers are making close to 120k with full pension from UPS you will never see one.

The link I posted was for the home Depot account in pa. They can't vary that much.

I was talking about your claim of Dui Pyle rates being the same as Feeder drivers not JB. Feeder mileage pay is .83 a mile.

Looking into Dui pyle though I know they pay their drivers $24-25 an hour.
I don't see them paying .83 a mile for any of their contracted accounts.

It doesn't take 11 hours to run 570 miles.
I've ran a 630 mile run and still had drive time left when i was done everyday.

As for UPS, I didn't see him comparing his job to UPS. Don't know why you are.

As for him never seeing a pension....we'll see what happens when Hoffa is gone. There is still a chance for CSPF and USF Holland.
