Had the leveling valve replaced on my trailer in Salem OR and found a Kmart that allows truck parking to finish out my break.
Several fast food joints nearby and not a long walk into town, but also found a little gem called Oishi Asian cafe.
It's a Korean based restaurant with a little of everything including sushi, but what really excited me was the scallion pancake they have, a traditional Korean specialty.
And of course they have a bit of sushi. All in all a nice little snack before I get on the road for my night drive through Oregon. -

In Texas so I gotta get the Tex-Mex.
Parked at the Petro in Weatherford, TX. Very nice petro.
Walked across the street to Antonio's. Ordered something I've never seen anywhere but Texas and one restaurant back home.
Migas: Eggs scrambled with strips of corn tortillas, shredded chicken, jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, garlic, pepper, and cheese. Tortillas, Refried beans, and sliced potatoes with red sauce also came along for the ride.
The Migas I've had previously didn't have meat in them. The one here has shredded chicken in it. It was pretty tasty.
