I think the emails run slow, I've been on the board and seen loads I have as favorites that were unconfirmed that are now confirmed and then receive the confirmation email 5 minutes later.

It will I think, we have to use their qualcomm, we have a driver manager (ica) we have to follow their written policies we cant run trips in between loads for whoever we want.

I don't see alot of difference overall.

There are some differences but I'd bet if the government figures out how much revenue they're losing due to the ic/employee relationship I'd bet they shut it down.

It's coming where the IC program will be defunct and all IC's will have to get our own authority and all insurances from an outside source buy our own tags and permits as well as a trailer. If not a trailer well be power only.

Either way this program we are on is due for more changes and if these lawsuits result in plaintiffs victory SNI will definitely end it.

    There's no trip planning.

The program is over stuffed with drivers, Recruiting is in full swing, games are being played and SNI wonders why customers loads are late being picked up or delivered.

Maybe it's because drivers just don't have the time to trip plan and then book freight.

    One or the other.

I've noticed emails have been a little slower.
Still I've been getting emails faster than alerts hitting the truck messages.
