About 6 months ago I got an open container while driving in the passenger seat of a car. I was not drinking it was just an empty six pack I was taking home from a party? I don't understand why this is showing up on my mvr. I have three years worth of driving and now all of a sudden this. Can someone help me or even steer me in the direction of a flatbed company that will still hire me?

If the six pack was empty why didn't you throw it away?It may have been empty but how is the officer suppose to know that? At this time I don't know of any companies But maybe others do.

The officer is supposed to sip out of each can to check. I assume it was cans because if it was bottles it shouldn't be hard to tell empty from full.

Because you had an open container in a moving vehicle is why it's on your MVR. That's a big no no in many if not all states.

You said you were driving from the passenger seat of your car. Either you meant riding or you were so blizted you tried to drive from the passenger seat. Also, why carry an empty six pack? What is the point? Has to be more to this.

As far as companies, I am not sure, but @Chinatown should be able to assist.

Also what made the officer pull this car over in the first place if he wasn't taking a sip at the wrong time.

It happened in an vehicle, it will most likely be on your MVR. I have a feeling you and your friend were not just taking a Sunday drive. What was the original stop for?
