I thought maybe you would get mad at me, this isn't an attack on you. The constructive criticism is enough with the board. Maybe I should've just kept my mouth shut, but I'm just giving my opinion like everybody else around here does.

You constantly complain about the board, then quickly say you're doing fine. Some call you greedy, but I don't think you are. If it's greedy to figure a way to make the most money you can, then I think we all are guilty of being greedy.

The board sucks, we know this. As for your revenue we both know for a fact that the week you have posted is an anomaly.

Okay, nov 3rd. Show the two weeks prior and the two weeks coming up. I guarantee you have a crappy week before or after, or both. And I also guess you have never hit that number before. Show another screen shot of you grossing that much. Most teams I talk to are like me, normally grossing 5-7k. I had the opportunity to gross $9500 this week, because I have a $3k trip I delivered Tues on this weeks payrolll. But I'm going home to vote this week so I took an $850 trip south and will end up with $7500. Yeah that trip I delivered on Tuesday meant my settlement today sucked azzz. We all work here this happens to everybody. That screenshot ain't fooling anybody except for the noobs reading this for the first time.

If your paying your driver % I would hope he makes at least 25-30% which means he got paid around 2k. So that leaves around 5k to you. if you could pull that off every week you would be making bank. But I know you can't, I'm the only one here besides you that run that board, and the money ain't there. And besides, even if the freight was plentiful, you would constantly run out of hours to do that on a weekly basis. You would have to avg close to $2/mile @ 5k miles a week to pull that off without running out of hours.

I'm just saying we all get it...the board sucks, SNI is not our friend, and I think you are embellishing you income a little to save face for switching to team. And I'm saying this because you are a smart dispatcher and were doing better than most on the solo board.

If I am wrong bro, I apologize in advance. I'm on your side @freightwipper I hope you are doing as well as you say, I just don't see it happening from my experience on the team board.

There are some loads there, they just suck. There is only a couple good shippers there that load regularly and they are short loads to other crappy areas like Dallas lol. But we do get better paying loads high value loads outta there every couple weeks. They just posted them for this week end. Those are the loads I don't do, you have to drive the red zone, play Paul blart security guard and one driver has to stay on duty 24/7, free form msg every stop, and when you do stop they want you to back against a fence or another truck to prevent theft all for not much higher than the rest of the loads on the board lol.

I don't mind doing those, but geez pay me for extra work and using my hours to guard your freight.

Right now I'm taking general freight south for more than they pay.

    I ran at $1.34
    That isn't exactly big money.
It was 7.5 days I said it was more than a week so not sure how that's "fooling anybody".
65mph x 63 hours is nearly 4100 miles x that by two drivers you have the little over 8000 mile week.
Not that difficult on cross country drop/hook loads with one driver driving while the other sleeping.
That was my best week here as I'm still learning, prior few weeks the truck was running solo.
This whole team thing is about to come to an end for me anyway. After two months my driver is now going to get his own Kenworth and going Solo.
After seeing what I was making he is going to jump ship asap sooner than I thought to get his own truck lol.
Oh well it was fun while it lasted.
I'll be back to my boring short loads in my midwest shortly.
As for IC teaming and your teaming well all I can say is in order to make up for the $1.30- $1.40 crap the truck needs to run hard or else the money will suck.

Schneider doesn't give teams barely loads loads.
I can see the 1000 deadhead out of the Northwest. It is possible.

    It's true.
Zero loads in the entire state of Illinois for Saturday.
@Cledus Snow can do a search to confirm it

They didn't tell me one driver has to be logged on duty the whole time.
I was told one driver just must be with the truck at all times.
Back end 250 mile red zone and can't deliver early really sucks, especially when delivering in CA!

To be honest, I was being stubborn. They had a few .80 loads and I hate hauling cheap freight so I dead headed to socal and got better paying freight. Was it worth it? I don't know, probably not. I wouldn't do it again. We used up close to 20 hours to drive to get a load which was stupid.

F all that. Really Guard a load? This is ####neider drive a few hours and if no black helicopters I think you are safe. I picked up a load of HP stuff there like you are full of full and going to drive 5 hours. Yep yep. I was in a wayside 20 miles down the road. SLEEPING. No one said nothing.

You know what I meant about fooling. I made my opinion about the income and you immediately posted your best week which coincidentally happened to be this week. And nobody averages 65 mph cross country unless your hauling 5k pounds and going 70-75. And we both know your not dropping and hooking at the same customer so there goes your 8k week analogy.

Should've paid him by the mile!

And we all know it wasn't fun while it lasted lol.

That is something we can definitely agree on!! That's one reason why I'm going solo in a few months. That and our roads today make it difficult to get any rest going down the road.
