Looks Like Ya'll Got Sold Again.....

I sometimes think all the money they spent on rebranding things, changing signs and a whole lot of what not just too make it XPO too them selling it too another company because basically Brad Jacobs couldn't afford it. Basically tells me that CEO's may have their degrees and lots of money but can be more stupider than anyone I know, and I think that idiot is one kind of stupid. I'm sure he lost a lot of money on buying Conway before, but he had too take a harder hit in selling the truckload division.

 

i'd guess they have been using elogs for years by now.

When I used to pick up ...they were all filling out paper logs ....I doubt they changed ...not until they are made too

Im thinking that their will be more drivers taking out advances more often now then ever. If they do it every other week.

 

I've had several seasoned drivers like myself tell me they are quitting, said they've had enough. They said CFI ain't the only fish in the sea...one said he was going to Nussbaum. What can I say they do some stupid stuff that creates their own peril. They'll do a smart thing then it's overshadowed by 2 negative things, recently they were calling a few drivers up asking why so many leave...lol..well I was one that received a call...that was a very interesting conversation, as I said you listening or just doing proto call...lol

 

Hey they never listened to me when I said fuel opps was scum but I respected their ability to sucker my company into paying them for it.

.....ohhh mannnn the suits had a ####storm....had the FM calling me about the senior guys yelling at HIM!!

Wtf does he have to do with anything? Talk about a Kitty cat....those guys are kitty cats. Think I laughed about it on here at the time.

yep i remember the old CFI, they had truck rodeos at the joplin yard and heard the dispatch room was designed like the nasa control room always wanted to drive those red ant-eaters, tried twice to drive for them fist time had only 6 months of driving in 97 after my company went under not enough experice they said.. again in 02 after bieng with one company over 5 years and was told becuase of my first try they couldnt' hire me then.. the funny thing is they hired an ex co-driver in 99. who rolled a truck years before and who quit because of being downgraded to 2nd set because of bad driving and work ethics...js
