Not a bag, its a little cage/crate with a few weights in them. 3 reps a piece for 20 and 40poinds lifting it to your eye level.

Sweet! I wish I was going to Phoenix. It's going to be cold up north.

It's Wisconsin, it will be chilly, the cold comes in January. Weather in late November/ early December should be 30's and 40's during the day, getting progressively colder as it gets closer to January, then the bottom falls out.

Thanks grizzly228. I'm from southeast iowa so that doesn't sound to awfully bad.

Remember, I said 'should be'. I've lived in Wisconsin my whole life, the weather is anything but predictable, unless the prediction is 'cold', then it is usually much colder. If it is the usual weather, it will be as I said with occasional rain, sleet, or light flurries.

Just started today at Roehl training. They are pretty cool people. We have 2 women who started with me. Each has their own room, but they may bunk you with another woman. I only get my kids certain times of the year and they accommodated my kids school schedule. The other questions, I haven't learned about yet. Ask your recruiter, they should know pretty much everything. Just remember, it's their job to make you happy to come aboard.
