Well I've had to go 7 miles this morning.
And I'm at a place that's really sensitive to the needs of drivers with about 6 trucks ahead of me.
Budweiser. Lol. I shall now take my nap.

    x1Heavy Thanks this.

Sweet! The 13 speed I drove for 5 years was my favorite transmission. Are you used to it yet?

    x1Heavy and Dave_in_AZ Thank this.

My first two years were 13 speeds. I think it's the same truck I had at CRE 11 years ago. 505 HP though, she'll go.

x1Heavy and Bob Dobalina Thank this.

I'm up to 35 right now, being loaded to take back to the yard. Just went over 8 hours.
Guess that's around $4.50/mile. Not bad for a company driver.
Think I have one run after this though.
    Budweiser took 4 hours.
Then had to get this trailer super cleaned over by the J, that took 2 hours.
Been here close to two hours.

    x1Heavy and bzinger Thank this.

I only got to drive a 13 once, and not for long enough to figure out which selection of the red switch is which.

Bob Dobalina, x1Heavy and tucker Thank this.

We call that the training switch.
Today was 13.5 hours too, but like 75 miles.

    x1Heavy Thanks this.
