I know I miss a mechanical,

When the electronic motors first came out they bragged about their responsiveness, "no mechanical can respond as fast as an electronic",
I said BS, and when I was put in one had to learn to shift again because of the fly by wire delay!
Now the delay has grown to sitting at the dealer regularly!

Last dealer I was at for parts was bragging about and showing off the "drivers lounge", I wanted to say if it was built rite and you had good mechanics you wouldn't need a lounge! The trucks would stay running! and your techs would KNOW how to fix what does wear out!!

 

I just saw a Volvo video of them unplugging the speed sensor to get around the 5 mph limit. Gonna try that

 

Well it does work but you are limited to 1400 rpm

 

I have had to tarp shingles from tamko and Owens Corning. One customer up in Mi requires they be tarped in bad weather.

 

Did you get back rolling? I'm still here at the J in Cheyenne. Dispatch wanted me to stay here over weekend and see if can find anything nearby on Monday before send me home
