It really doesn't matter how long you've been a trucker. Old school can sometimes act like a rookie. I have over 52 years in trucking. 40 as an 0/0, 35 longhaul all 48. I worked for this company for awhile and did not have the greatest experience of my career. In not controlling my anger with management, I took it out on the office personell and escpecially, Brian and Glenn, the driver safety team/hiring team. I wish to apologize to them and I have done it on the internet but would like to take this time to correct they wrong I did in lumping them into the grievance I had with the owner. Gulick, has one of the best dispatchers working there. Someone I have worked with for my years and Brian and Glenn are top notch..So, all in all maybe my experience was not the norm but don't be afraid to sign on with GULICK, these 3 are top notch

I talked to them once. I would have taken a job with them except they run 48. I promised myself to never cross the Mississippi River again in a semi. I don't mind the South but had enough bad times in the North East to last a lifetime.

My problem was more with logistics and not pay or work, they pay well, their checks are good, brian and glenn top notch safety guys, dispatchers are 50/50 but what company is 100% I had a personal issue with the owner and we couldn't work it out.

Im quite sure they can work with you on the east coast thing, they have plenty of work west of the Mississippi and the south. Not much NE at all, talk to brian,

It was a personal thing between myself and management, everything else was about normal for a lease purchase company.

So basically, you're apologizing for having a personal problem with the owner of the company on a "report a bad company " column
.... But it's still a good outfit for other drivers to invest in
What is the starting pay scale?
    What is the benefits package?
What is the driver turn over rate?
Do they take care of the equipment?
... Please fill us in on the values of this outfit

    Rubberduckin Thanks this.
