You missed my point. You said if it was criminal he wouldn't of received a citation. My point was criminal offenses can and do result in citations only as well. Look, we're just circling the drain here. We all have our own opinions on what the sign means. Let's just put this to bed already.

Apparently this is the first time you've run across this sign. Now look at the sign. Notice the "NO" over Tractor Trailer Parking. There is no AND between Tractor Trailer. That means No Tractor parking, No Trailer parking, No Tractor Trailer Parking. Take the picture to your DMV office and have them explain it to you. That's the way it was explained to me.

 

Did you not say to me you were surprised I wasn't familiar with zoning laws? My response to you was, I'm not because law enforcement doesn't enforce zoning laws. Don't spin it into something else.

My surprise wasnt about a former leo not knowing code and zoning laws. My surprise was that an adult has never heard of them. Pick up any newspaper in the country and chances are someone is talking about zoning restrictions.
