    Ya it just seems odd. im not judging anyone but youd think a second chance company would have a higher fail rate with hair testing. and its more espensive, kinda goes against the mega carrier save money idea, normally they dont do it till its forced.

    I finished orientation today and got hired on with Western Express. We have thanksgiving off and they are taking us out to eat at Shoneys. Never eaten there before. I will start the 3 day flatbed training next. After that up to 4 weeks driving with a trainer. The pay is $500/week in training. After that it is .40cpm. I really hope this will work out. But hey, if it doesn't, I will keep on trying with someone else! Trying to stay in a positive attitude and outlook. I'll make my luck if I have too!

    I finished training and was assigned a trainer. Training consisted of learning how to secure and tarp different types of loads. I will meet my trainer Tuesday. Will keep you up to date. If you have any questions please ask. Be safe out there!
