Pulling a load of that liquid polymer out of Columbus GA to Neenah WI...broker said it has to be kept between 50° and 65°...so I have had the heat on since I picked up. It was only 45° at the shipper when I picked it up. Thankfully I'm not up there in the Arctic..it's only been in the teens at night so far.

I've been Off Duty+SB in Grand Forks for 84 hours! Sat dispatch told me there's nothing going out of here until Tuesday and that load is already assigned to another driver. Nick is back in though, I'm sure he can find something for me to do. As someone who never goes home, this is honestly kind of a blessing in disguise. All I'd be doing at home is sitting around anyway. I'd rather be driving, but it was nice to relax this weekend.

I was up in the UP one January and the trailer was set at 10 degrees. I went into the trailer to warm up.....never again!!

Swinged by the house for a 34 and got up this morning and drove up to Suffolk VA. Was 2 hrs early for my appt. Sat 4 hrs before I got a door. Got unloaded fairly quick after that and got an hr of detention. 1 block from the reciever I came to a railroad crossing where an extremely long and slow train timed it perfectly to delay me another 1/2 hr.....longest train I have ever seen....

I was 100 miles from my pick up. It's on mostly 2 lane roads through towns and such. Took almost 2 hrs so I was an hr late for my pick up...
Now I'm on 'work in' status.... and my clock is draining away...

    Gotta love Mondays.....

Now I have a 1400 mile trip and it delivers Wednesday at 1800....
    Yea, ok

Just not finding the energy to give a #### right now....

Just got another 'heater only' load. They want the product kept at 60°~ going to 1 stop in Fargo and then a 2nd in Minot. So, into the deep freeze I go.

    ncmickey Thanks this.

Trailer brakes froze this morning. So with 8 inches of snow on ground 2 degrees out comes my mini sledgehammer and me crawling under the trailer
