Driver Disqualified

So it was classified as a rear end accident.


I never got a ticket. And was told insurance never put me at fault. And I got the hammer.

Or am I not understanding something.

 

I have the accident report and the private investigator that wad working for the nusrance companies told me I did absolutely nothing wrong. And that my story follows with the cops put down on the accident report.

When I told him I wad fired for this accident. He was blown away and could not believe it.

 

What is crazy is the truck I normally drive has a camera. ... Just I had a different truck on this trip.

 

So I don't quit. I don't ever give up till I get answers may never be the answer I wa t be its better then not knowing at all...


So I called Fedex today and FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE FROM SAFETY. .. Well I got that far...

Now FedEX says they can not release any info at all about the accident to ME. Also the can not release the info to me WHY I was disqualified.

My contractor won't answer my calls at all.


Something does not add up to me. Any ideas?

But. The contractor I worked for before is attempting to help me out.he is s a great man wish I never left him.

 

I want to work for another company but want the same money. I was bringing home after taxes 900-1100 sometime more. I dont think I can find that else where.
