Okay everyone , I have a friend who is Teaming with her other half at Swift, they have asked about an Account and they are getting run around. They were Platinum drivers but have dropped to Bronze and was told because of miles. Anyway, they want to know about Covenant Teaming and if they could get the miles for a Team? Also, could anyone give info on Schneider Costco Dedicated Regional account in Dallas for Solo?

Your team friends shouldn't make a lateral move; they should move up.

I don't know anything about Schneider Costco, but Schneider has Watkins-Shepard in Dallas which seems to be ok for solo drivers.

I will tell them but they seem set on Covenant , although , they did say something about going local in Baton Rouge with a company their friend is working for.

Why not work for Costco directly. They have they're own Fleet.

Not sure about Costco in Dallas, but Costco in Monroe Township, NJ uses private fleet, as well as Swift and other carriers. Pay starts off around $19 and it takes a year and a half to reach top rate, which is about $25.50. All drop and hook, but NO OT, strictly 40. Nice KW trucks and well maintained trailers, but I heard they plan on switching to automatics in the future, if they haven't done so already.

Costco Schneider in Dallas is a lot of shorthauls, but they keep you moving. Reefer runs deadhead back to the DC, dry vans normally pickup a backhaul. Guys I've talked to normally average 1000/week, which makes me think they only average 850 as drivers exaggerate like fishermen. Much better options available in the DFW metro, local food service carriers like MBM offer 1k/week guarantees with a 4.5 day workweek.

If they are local to DFW, lots of small carriers offering dedicated FedEx and Amazon runs, if they are wanting OTR follow @Chinatown's recommendations.
