uh, well, I don't think there's many people who could come on here and legitimately say and/or make a case that Schneider screwed them out of any money.......if that's what the question is. Kinda late to be asking though.......

My uncle worked for Knight (the blue one) and before he even went out he had his first bonus , that is the only company I know of actually pay. -
They pay it as long as you remain on whatever account you signed up for. I was paid a $5000 sign on bonus for IC choice plus I also had a tuition reimbursement schedule paid when I first started.
ulenie, 27butterfly and Ooops Thank this. -
So they gonna screw over your pay cheques all year with ####ty miles then give you a bonus to make up for it. Hmmm
-
My bonus was more as an experienced driver, but i got it.
paul_4lp and 27butterfly Thank this. -
My sign on was only a 1000 when i started last year.
As long as you work and stay with the assigned account, you'll get the sign on.paul_4lp and 27butterfly Thank this. -
Not something you need to worry about. Mine was 3500 + 4500 tuition reimbursement. I never had a problem getting paid on time for the correct amount nor have I heard of anyone who has.

Schneider was advertising a sign on for the Wal Mart account near me several years ago (can't remember how much), I talked to a couple of their drivers and they were paid in full.
27butterfly Thanks this. -
I re-hired for Regional out of Dallas, TX with a 7500 sign-on bonus. I got two installments of 1500 when I was regional and one more after I switched to OTR so I could pick up more western runs. I switched over to a dedicated run a few months ago, and thought it would invalidate the balance of my bonus, but was willing to accept it for a flat-rate pay, and two days off per week. I got the remaining balance of the 7500 (3000) last week. One time I got the 1500 for sign on, 900 quarterly bonus, and ran 3400 miles that week at $.415, plus it was the week of the 1st, so I got my VA disability the same day. Made for a pretty decent week
27butterfly and QuietStorm Thank this.
