    It can only mean one thing. He got a new drive tire. Probably a 22.5.

    My advice? Feed it, water it every day, and maybe someday it'll grow into a big ole' 11R 24.4.

    It'll help if you start off by having some general (or specific) questions, things you need to know. That will give a starting point for people to offer their advice.
