I'm still here. Just over two years now. I'm happy as a bug in a rug. As far as busy? I'm as busy as I want/need to be. I don't know any teams here doing 6k miles every week. But I only know a few true teams. And me as a solo only averaged 1500 miles a week last year. That wasn't because the miles are not there for me. That's all I needed to average to make my truck/car/house payment and shove some in the mattress for a rainy day.
Call recruiting and ask them for some numbers on teams. They have better info then we do. You may also find that they are pretty straight shooters.
Mercer teams and team freight?

When you talk to then, listen very careful to what they say. Not, what you want to hear them say. They will tell you the truth, the good and bad, but it's up to you to hear and remember the bad.
If I remember right Gary (think that's his name) he's the older guy in recruiting, He's been doing it a long time, knows Mercer, and is honest. But any of them will do you right!spyder7723 and CJndaTruck Thank this. -

That about sums it up. My recruiter was awesome. If anything she downplayed the good. Two years later and I still haven't found anything that I was lied to about. Before I sat down and called recruiters I had sat down and made a two page list of questions. I had already made a very short list of the companies I was going to go to. I asked things like fuel discounts, rates, retention, any and every fee I could think of. I spent 2 hours interviewing Mercer. Well that's how I think of it. I suggest you make a list at least.
