This is true. When they first opened that Loves there near Watford City, I had to do a 34 there in sub freezing temps. I watched mainly hotshots and travel trailers towed out, but also saw a few semis get yanked.
No one ever knocked on my door or bothered me,. so I would suspect the trucks that did get yanked had been there a while.

Fire up the Twitter machine and complain to Loves on there. Twitter sometimes gets you a faster response than calling.

Reading through the rest of the reviews it sounds like this location has an extreme issue with unauthorized drop trailers and trucks left for extended periods taking up a good portion of the lot at all times. Granted it's not fair for those like yourself who are staying and patronizing the location but you can't blame them for being trigger happy. Just like the discussion in the other thread about parking at PFJ this boils back to a group of idiot drivers ruining it for everyone.

There was a case on one of those TV judge programs, Judge Judy, I believe about a car that got towed from a parking lot.
The vehicle driver had parked in the parking lot of a business, then walked across the street to a different business
Judge Judy said that if the parking lot is on private land, which most are, then it is perfectly legal to have the vehicle towed the moment the driver walks off the property. -
What don't you understand about the company policy? It specifically clarifies their position to tow any truck left unattended. Solution, find another place to do a thirty four restart.
