What do loads look like for someone out of MO? I'll be headed to training in mid-late June.

I'm actually looking into TMC myself as well. I graduate next week and stay in the Ohio area. Been getting allot of mixed reviews on other sites about them. The recruiter said we could average 12 to 1300 a week but other folks here are saying only 900$? Which did you guys prefer between percentage pay or per mile?

Ive heard percentage pay but my dad whos been in the trucking industry for going on 30 years and is a vp of a company saids that milage pay would be best starting out until you get the hang of things.

Ahhh I wonder why? Would miles give me a more consistent pay vs percentage or something?

Percentage might be better if you run regional.

They're both relatively inconsistent. I've heard from guys who get amazing cpm, but run short hauls, or don't get a ton of loads and sit. Percentage, you run the risk of getting relatively cheap loads, or sitting between waiting in the next.
