Just how big of a perk is not building sets considered to be? It's not hard and doesn't take a lot of effort, and gives you the chance to inspect the equipment as you go.

Guys that are triples qualified leave the Chicago Heights yard and go over to the drop pad in Hammond Indiana to pick up their 3rd trailer to head to Cleveland or Akron. Most guys do build sets and get paid by the click to do it. With the sleeper runs it's very abnormal to have to build a set since every terminal we go to has hostler that takes care of it. Running these sleepers is like a totally different job compared to turn bids or layover bids.

I think you should stay where you are. The grass is very seldom greener on the other side. You will build seniority. This is what I think now. However, when the wife gets home she will tell me what to think.
