Anyone heard of redbird carriers out of evansville indiana. Looking into owner operator work. Wanting to know if it's worth it before I buy another truck.

I heard the owner is supposed to be hub group owners brother but don't quote me i see them doing a lot of amazon loads out of Chicago

not related at all, unless its ok to outbid each other which would be messed up, hub group formerly comtrak only owns mode transportation, and unyson... red bird just have a bunch of agents and that's it pretty much a evans delivery company but not nearly as big

This reminds of that game in grade school where you start with a story and whisper it to your neighbor. By the time it got to the end it was nowhere near what it started as. Pretty entertaining.
Here's the real story:
The owner of Redbird Carriers(based out of STL) has nothing to do with HUB Group. There's an agent of Redbird Carriers who retired as President of Hub Group Trucking (subsidiary of HUB Group along with Mode) about 5 years ago. It went from Quality Services to Comtrak to Hub Group Trucking. That Redbird Carriers agency is currently owned by him and his brother. They run the offices out of Chicago, Salt Lake City, Ontario(California), Portland, Atlanta and Jacksonville.
