I'm curious to know why you continued to work for Madebra for free?I would have quit after the first pay period if they didn't pay me.

How many weeks in pay do they owe you?

This is quite a common practice among some scrupiless companies letting drivers work for 12 weeks and not pay up ID transport were another bunch they'd laugh at drivers who threatened to take them to court cause they new it'd cost you more to go to court then what they owed you. That's why there's a big que of drivers lined up to work for Tolls cause they know they'll get paid.

    Don't forget finemores @aussiejosh

If he was a sub contractor 4-6 weeks is normal wait time.

Reminds me of a construction job I was on as a teenager. My friend and I didn't get paid after our 1st 2 weeks. While walking off the site the contractors cargo truck door was open. My friend spotted a HUGE ring of keys in the ignition. He looked left, right; then took the keys. About a half mile away, threw them into a large field. These day's I'm not an advocate of revenge though.
