I hired and drug tested my professional driver who was Training his newly CDL licensed friend. Without my knowledge the uninsured rookie driver topped a bridge in Connecticut while my guy was asleep. No one was injured. Will my physical damage insurance cover the damages to my tractor even tho the driver wasn't in my insurance? What can I do? The drivers filed a police report and put down the uninsured driver as the driver at fault. Now we can't get ahold of the drivers and left the scene after the report. What happens?

Your ins company will more than likely use this to weasel out of paying any claim. The state will sue you. You'll need to sue your ####### driver and his dip #### friend to get your money back.
