While i was at a customer in flower mound tx, i was talking with a knight driver...he mentioned he was a trainer for their tricolor division, the Mexico division...he stated those guys all speak Spanish,...

He claimed that they do understand some english and signs whatnot but the student he had sitting right there had no idea what i was saying because he couldn't understand english...

How in the heck does knight get away with this since the regs clearly state that English must be spoke and understood at converstional level...smh

I tried to sign on with Tri-Color right when they were bought out by Knight. Recruiter told me to go drive for Swift for 6 mos then re-apply. I told her to go fly a kite.

If he is here delivering to USA then turning around to go back HOME to Mexico, I don't have a problem with that. It's the same as my American ### running a load to Brampton Ontario towards the French up there and English is still not a problem but it's better I begin to learn some french to help smooth feathers that far north.

Now that is information we all could have used in the beginning. Saved us all the trouble including myself.

    Polish as well.

Anyway, the last step of driving prior to the first step towards automation is to put a monkey behind the wheel.
Give it a typewriter and it'll write Shakespeare eventually.... It could figure out a 10-speed Eaton.

    I have faith.
