While i was at a customer in flower mound tx, i was talking with a knight driver...he mentioned he was a trainer for their tricolor division, the Mexico division...he stated those guys all speak Spanish,...
He claimed that they do understand some english and signs whatnot but the student he had sitting right there had no idea what i was saying because he couldn't understand english...
How in the heck does knight get away with this since the regs clearly state that English must be spoke and understood at converstional level...smh

If he is here delivering to USA then turning around to go back HOME to Mexico, I don't have a problem with that. It's the same as my American ### running a load to Brampton Ontario towards the French up there and English is still not a problem but it's better I begin to learn some french to help smooth feathers that far north.
