    It's perfectly legal to haul it that way. More than enough securement for the articles. Even had a bulkhead in the front. That picture is after if had already removed some of my securement and my middle bulkhead.

    And yet the Gerdau here in Manitoba insists that blocks be used, or the trucks won't be allowed to leave the site.

    Nope not at all. As far as I know, the cheaper bearclaw snap binders with only two pivot points are still legal but we don't use those.
