Are yall a good company to work for? Whats the pay start at? Do yall have dashcams? Are the miles still good or has it gone down hill since the first posts on this thread.

They keep the majority of us running so hard we hardly have time to focus on the b.s. Starting pay varies with experience, you can purchase your own dashcam and we don't have driver facing camera's, miles are there.

Great company for many, as always your specific requirements need to be taken into consideration.

Great equipment and for most miles, normally do 2,300 - 2,800 as an average, and hometime is as flexible as your budget though generally they want you out for 3 weeks. Keep in mind you take more hometime you earn less...

Pay is on a performance scale and depends on your 4 month average miles per month, fuel efficiency and on time and safety performance. After a full year most make around $0.48 as an average. New CDL's do a month with a trainer (no team driving) and then make $0.36 for the first 6 months and then move to performance pay. Top pay is $0.50 per mile.

No cameras or micromanagement, you choose what Flying J or Pilot to fuel at and your route, just don't be silly with it or abuse it and your fine.

Lots of info on the thread with pics, if your serious read through it and let us know what questions you have - good luck!

Finally something went right 28 hours late for my pick up 10 pallets 9500 lbs and 25 minutes after I pulled in I was leaving.

How tempted will you be to take the Lewisville load again if asked?

Has anyone been contacted by our fleet efficiency coordinator? (The 1st one that recently quit or the new one that is now in training). Just curious as to what they're attempting to coordinate.

Ok I'll ask the obvious question, why would you ask? You're nearly out the door right lol. Seriously thought I'd give him a week to acclimate first.

It wasn't my week for cold storage facilities. Joliet Cold Storage in Joliet IL needed 10 hours to load me and RLS in Pittston PA took almost 7. Both were short connector runs which had to then be run straight through.

I will be leary ever picking up from Joliet again. It's not just their ridiculous load time, but once you're done, you have to leave. They no longer allow overnight parking despite having tons of room. I'll probably pay to reserve a spot at the nearby Pilot once dispatched there just in case.
Thanks for waiting driver. Sorry our ineptitude ran you out of hours. Good luck finding somewhere to park at 11pm.

Just curious is all. And I am sure any potential drivers would be curious. I mean, is it going to be beneficial to the drivers(as well as the company) or is it them lighting the pilot light to the stove so they can make frog soup? And there has been one for a little while, but she, how did Chad put it, "chose to go a different route"
