Saw this at a stoplight beside me then caught up to him at a rest area. Since the ramp thread is closed I'll post it here. That's exactly what I was picturing a double drop with an RGN. If you look close there's longer ramps under the machine, and a spot for them on the back. Betcha you could use the ramps as load levelers. I think that would be perfect for a lot of loads, very versatile.

That trailer is specifically designed to have ramps attacked to the rear, I bet if you look up the manual for that trailer there's a weight limit for rear loading. That trailer also costs a LOT more than a standard stepdeck. Which is kinda the point, he has an investment in the right equipment.

I'm going to keep tying up my 2" straps the way I do, cause I'm used to it, and I've done it a lot, so I'm pretty fast with it. But ####! I can't get over how "clean" or "neat" your straps look with the tape? Or whatever it is your using. Looks really nice.

Thank you! Yes, black Gorilla duct tape. I hate loose strap ends. And yes, partially the goal, to have it look good. A friend of mine who flatbeds told me that trick a couple years ago but Old Iron or Old Man on here posted pics of it a couple months ago.
All part of pride in your ride isn't it?

I run with the mantra that the more securement the dot sees the less they look. Bother someone else instead of me.
