MC VanKampen hauls produce and their trucks look like really long wheelbase. Look at them on their website. Do any of you ever see them on the road?
Oxbow Thanks this. -
Van kampen see em all the time on 80. Not 379s though. Mostly KW aero trucks. They look good too.

This is what I mean (below), of course I know this is for shows, but I've seen guys looking like this on the road. Do they actually back into docks for deliveries?

Search for Richie Acosta on YouTube
Has a black pete probably 350" and he runs around nj ny ma ct etc. with it. There is also another (I think his friend) don't know name- but has a red w900L that iirc he built it longer by 1". Lolblairandgretchen, BigTennOTR and Big_D409 Thank this. -
Check out Project 350. Richie runs the northeast and has been to the same places I have to go to. Unless the space is physically smaller than the truck, these guys get in just as easily.
Few guys I load up with every Friday have 300 to 330 inch WB with a 53' spread. They know how much room they need and make it happen.
Plus the longer WB rides better. Eventually I'll stretch mine to 275. Not sure I want a lifetime membership to the "cool kids" club. -
The more strecth the more Self imposed limits,
