That's just a preference. I claim one through the year. Then at tax time I add the family. I prefer to get it back at the end of the year.

Ok I'm bored...one more....
I clearly said I could write a check. Why would anybody draw their own funds when a ZERO interest loan is available?
You definitely should stay in a company position. I don't want to change anyone's mind, simply lay out facts and not ########.
Lease drivers work for themselves. It's up to them to deduct the correct amount. If they paid in too much throughout the year, guess what, Sparky Jr., they would get a refund too.
Getting a refund just means that you either filled out your w-whatthe####ever form WRONG or you knowingly chose to have excess withholdings made so you would get a refund.
Since I didn't go through a bank to finance a purchase I'm not locked in either. Please reread the thread title....I'll wait.....done? At JCT (remember the thread title?), it's a true "Walk away" lease
TA (thank gawd I'm not a recruiter, I'd shoot people)popcorn169, 88 Alpha and drvrtech77 Thank this. -

Maintenance funds are in a segregated account, much like payroll, and are not available for them to use. So, no, it's not a loan.
If somebody let's me use their money and doesn't charge any interest that is by definition interest free. That's not in my mind, that is in everyone's mind who understands basic math. Or should I say "maffs"?
Now, if you have any legitimate questions I'll answer them but no more of the pretending to be smart "gotcha!" questions.
