If I can go back in time I would have done a 1 year lease and started an LLC.

    Oh well

Im taking my truck and going to a flatbed co... besides when we started a few years ago it really was kind of hard to see that this kind of crap was going to happen but it is what it is and I'm there for taking my truck and going elsewhere have made as much money as I can possibly make here and I want to go where I can increase my Revenue

We are now at Swift choice.

I'm still working on my escape, buying out the truck is the biggest hurtle.

    Last few loads...

    Booked a relay...
    Load wasn't there...
Schneider says load was supposed to be picked up 12+ hours ago and driver is 1000+ miles away still from shipper.
Come to find out this was a company driver.
Was given the choice of having everything pulled or hope they can reschedule load and I go on for live load myself.
    Said screw it pull everything.

    Next load...
Drop/hook that was only half loaded, ready time was 7+ hours prior.
Put truck in the door and 4 hours later finally loaded.

    Next load...
Oh your appointment was yesterday, guess Schneider failed to inform you.
We'll try to work you in.. and there goes half the day.

Oh and of course rates are being cut relentlessly.

    I'm soo done
Frankly I don't know how Schneider still has any customers with such poor customer service.

Basically what it looks like is there bring them back Legacy program... and what I mean by that is them cutting the rates like they have been running for a buck a mile plus fuel surcharge is equivalent to what they were paying on the Legacy program and now they can get these drivers to book their loads deadhead at their own expense for the same price that they were doing a years ago without Schneider having to pay all the expenses of a dispatcher and paying all the empty miles

I showed up at a place we load at a lot in Missouri. Got there for a live load, it was preloaded. Lady at the window was not happy at all, load was supposed to have been picked up a week prior. Said they had two more out there that they preloaded to get product off their floor because we didn't make it for our load appointments the previous week.

They are not happy with us right now, which is a shame because the loads pay good. I'm afraid the only thing keeping us there is that the loads are mostly drops going to Home Depot in Topeka.

Last week, dropped at frito lay in Denver. No empties, so Box planners ran me to one place, then right back to Frito lay and said to ask for Roy. That went over real well as they pulled a trailer from one of their doors for me and informed me they were canceling the load they were going to put on our trailer and giving it to another company. I called in with that info to be passed to CS, figured they would want to know why a load got cancelled.

Seems to be something, somewhere, all the time anymore.
