After being with Mercer so many years and retiring. Watching this thread is like having grand kids. I get to enjoy your success when things are going well. I feel your pain when things go bad.

But at the end of the day I just turn the computer off. Kind cool.

I got a question what's the best way to prove my income after truck payments n trailer?

 

I guess I would use my latest settlement sheet showing my ytd gross & then my bookkeeping program to show my net.

 

No doubt. Lots of guys see the "big" revenue number & get excited. Lol. I just like the way business is done here.

Recap hours gained

 

Thanks @mickeymouseclub Last night we had 8 hours available and today we had 16. So we gained those hours and tonight we will gain another 12. Now I understand.

Did anyone order the Drivewyze program mentioned on the contractor web site? We did yesterday and it is really cool. It tells you when you're 2 miles away from a weigh station and then 1 mile and then (if they are a Drivewyze location) tell you to either bypass or enter the weigh station. We were given a bypass this morning and other trucks had to enter. I think it is worth the $11 per month.

Well I canceled my power only load.. They wanted me to sit under it an extra day.. I can't do that without extra pay lol
