They might but swift has a lot of debt do to buy out of central and knight, I don't think shareholders would approve of another buy out. I think werner would be best for them, they do business in canada and mexico just like celadon. CEO of werner admit it too is that they are looking for deals because they want to grow now they only have I think something like 6k trucks.

That's happened to many companies. I think Carroll Fulmer had a similar problem and ended up selling the company then several years later bought it back. Freymiller is a success story though; the son is a good business man and has strong leadership qualities.
