US Xpress, Marten or Carroll Fulmer - Which company for OTR?

    I have been offered a job at 3 different companies. I'm just seeking some advice from you more seasoned drivers out there that might have some insight for me.
    The 3 companies are US Xpress, Marten and Carroll Fulmer. I would be O.T.R. for them all. Can anyone tell me anything both good and/or bad about them. Thanks in advance.

    Marten is probably the best of those 3.
    Freymiller is really good though. Solo drivers get long runs and rarely get bumped to a team.
    Vero Logistics in South Florida is one to look at, but I'd go with a proven outfit such as Freymiller.

    Do you prefer dry van or reefer? Marten and US Xpress both have nice trucks. But overall, I would choose Marten. Higher pay, faster truck, and at least all of their OTR trucks have APUs

    Abilene Motor Express hires all over Florida and their trucks run 72 mph.

    I definitely cross Fulmer off the list because of their $750 driver escrow and I met a driver for them who said he was quitting due to making peanuts. What are Marten and USX offering you? Like CPM and miles per week?
