Well the "Ghost" has been exercised... I am looking at this on the latest maps in test and it stays to the left and does not show the "160" at the top. So, I suspect it is the current maps.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Any guess as to why the 730 is routing me off exit 10 NJTP and around 287 to 87 north instead of straight up NJTP to 80 to 17 to 87, the shorter faster route?

Did you see my posts about 3 incorrect routings by the 730?

    OK Need serious help here
I got my new 740 today and found out there is like no way of directly uploading your old Mileage and fuel Records from the 730. I did export both fuel and mileage from the 730 before i got rid of it, both files are in .cvs format.
So now HOW do i get them into a .db format so i can copy and past them into the folders for the 740?? anyone know of a program that will convert .cvs or .xls to .db so i can copy-paste them over?

FYI - The 740 Does not use the Dock!

This has already been covered on this thread more than once. Look at post 3808 (8 posts up from yours) for a pdf covering how to do this.

OK i read this, BUT here is the problem - I didn't have this BEFORE i got rid of my 730 so i didn't know to just copy the mileage and fuel DB files, instead i export both so i now have CSV files.
So again, anyone know of a program that will convert the csv to a db file so i can copy past them over?????

Well,,, You will need to start fresh. Keep your .csv's for prior records... I did attach an PDF in 3808 to copy the files over as they were, no need to convert via the Dock.

I have mentioned several times.. the 740 is Android based with no browser capabilities.

I am attaching the PDF again. If you can get your 730 back then do as the PDF shows.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I'm not sure what database format that Rand uses (could be a SQL, Access or even a proprietary format) so you will have to wait for Mark to respond unless someone else here knows.

I posted the PDF 9 minutes after two requests and one of them was yours. You had not gotten the 740 yet.

No,,, they have to be in a SQLite format and you have to know the correct format. So, keep what you have now and start with new records.

    Thanks,
    Mark
