I hope it all works out for you.

You will not clear $900 a week until you have some time in the industry. Your first year the average driver is grossing $50,000-$55,000. The course is 3 weeks then you go out with a trainer for 5 weeks. Training is fast pased and a lot of information but not bad

You should be grossing close to $1000 every week once you get in the rhythm and you are making your deliveries on time.

3 weeks cdl training and then 5 weeks on the road with a trainer. After that it will take you a few months to find your rythem to gross over 1k a week. Be prepared it's fast paced and most people under estimate the load securement part. As always you get what you put in.

DO NOT WORK AT TMC!!!! Do not work at TMC! I worked at TMC, was in the top 10 of my fleet managers board, and top 30% of all line haul drivers. I tell you from first hand experience, DO NOT WORK AT TMC! You will make 1,000 a week but you will not be home to enjoy it. Also, they have a very bad reputation of firing, or making you quit, at any time they please. They feed on your pride and most drivers run scarred. It is a situation where everybody is the sucker but nobodies willing to admit it because they don't want to admit that they themselves got suckered. So, if you want to make $1000 / week but are unable to enjoy it because you have no home time and/or you can not depend on that stream of income due to their corporate culture of firing at will then, by all means, go work for TMC and find out for yourself.
Just remember that TMC is big enough to hire a full time person to monitor the internet and their reputation. That's coming from your pay!! -
What did you do to get fired.
