Rolling Radios in the Richmond, VA area has done very well by me for a lot of years.

William is a good guy, he was a member here a long time ago not sure if he's still active.

Ray in West Memphis does a good job. My best sounding radio is a general Lee I bought from Radioactive (now closed). Most people said he was a hack, but everyone asks me what kind of radio I'm talking on because it sounds so good. There's the cb shop at exit 42 on I40 in Stanton in the train caboose, and GM at exit 66. My personal favorite is my friend who lives in Flora, Ms named Streetrunner. He is one of the sharpest and most patient tech I have seen, doesn't charge half what most shops does since it's a hobby of his, and can fix any radio unless it's been struck by lightning.

And Ray picks up radios almost daily from swamp dog, aka. Caboose boy, at exit 42 that he can't fix! Ray has been my tech for almost 20 years, great guy, knows what he is doing and has a degree in electronics. He use to make the silver eagle/comet and old TNT linears. Holds the patent to relay talkback mod. Right next to the petro in West Memphis M-F 8-330 or 400, he's getting older and doesn't want to work all those hours but if you can catch him there, he is a good 1.
