Just pick up a tube of blue rtv gasket maker. Pul that axle up on a 4x4. Loosen the bolts, pull the axle out about an inch, scrape off the old gasket on both surfaces, clean the up real good and put a thin coating of blue rtv gasket maker on it. No need to pull the axle all the way out to get a new gasket on. If you've never done one it can be tricky getting the gear teeth lined up just right. Oh and use an oil jug with the side cut off to catch the gear lube that will drain out. Pulling up on a 4x4 puts the axle housing at enough of an angle that you won't have to catch much lube.

Has anyone noticed if you commit to a load on the board, it will show you if someone ahead of you is preselected on it, used to have to call coordinator on that.
But with that does anyone have any operational issues or glitches , I could pass on to IT? -
