It never really bugs me when the APP is down. I can make a call, but the web is my bread and butter. When it's down I'm loosing money. Loose enough money and one is forced to find new bread and butter even if they don't want to.

 

Guess phones are down too lol...

 

What's the longest the contractor web has been down? Hopefully it will be back soon.

 

I had a heck of a time making my empty call this morning but I just got through. Couldn't empty this load with app.

Seems the geniuses are on top of the latest failure.

 

I was off from end of Oct until Feb, then worked two weeks and now still off since mid Feb. THAT is Mercerized!

Edit to add: you'd have laughed this morning. I couldn't make the turn in their gate, so i went back and turned around to try from that direction. No can do. I walked up to explain i couldn't get to where they were unloading at and that other mercer gut in the white short wheel base set back axle pete piped up with something like 'why not i got in where did you learn to drive' before i could respond with some witty comment about wheel base the dude on the fork lift spit out "maybe its cause he has a truck and not a tonka toy" freaking hysterical. They told me to back up into that back lit and they would bring another foeklift over there. I pulled out 10 minutes later with signed bills while mr smartalec was still screwing around with his straps. If he hadn't decided to show his ### i would of pulled to the side of the road and helped him get the rest of his great of and packed away.

 

LMAO. I can believe you couldn't fit. I almost didn't make it and that was when it was completely empty. That forklift driver and I had talked about the fact that if I couldn't make the turn we would unload me by the loading docks. That forklift driver had a clue, it was nice working with him. That girl gave me a rundown on when the rest of these loads are running. I think I'm in place for round 2.

If I was in your shoes today I would be very upset. Call the NC agent and see if he can't get you a load of these shingles. It's only 30 miles down 15 from you.
