So it seems that that trucking app you asked about is nothing more then a Access database. I downloaded the trial and played with it for a bit.

I saw you too, we were in silver Pete dropping an empty and grabbing a load headed to Illinois around 8 pm. If that was you walking to a black Cascadia. That Pete we were in is still the rental as our Cascadia is due out of body shop in a week. Taking a bit longer as front axle was damaged and being replaced.

So a driver had a choice between dropping a trailer off that has a axle leaking air so much the compressor never turns off at the drop yard and red tagging it or taking it to the Walmart DC in Colton and letting another driver take care of it...

    Guess which option they chose.....

I was talking to the guy at the terminal who refuels the reefers..didn't catch his name...but he said last week someone dropped a loaded trailer set at -10 with no fuel in it. So much so, it actually shut off when it ran out and someone there caught the reefer alarm. So it doesn't surprise me super truckers would drop trailers with leaky air, flat tires, no reefer, no rear doors, etc...

    MachoCyclone and crxdc Thank this.

I dropped my fueled topped off and crystal clean reefer at the customer and picked up a preloaded reefer and took off. Never assume the other driver tops off before dropping empties. I drove by 3 PFJ's thinking I was going to go to the PFJ in the next state over about 350 miles or so. Along the way the reefer ran out of fuel. That's what I get for assuming. Gauge was cloudy but my dumb ss figured no way would a pro JCT driver drop a trailer with so little fuel.
