is there certain states that have issues with trucks that have to park on the ramps on the interstates and highways? I am going to attempt to deliver a load in Illinois tomorrow and will be pushing the 14hr rule.

With e log you can drive to 1st safe place to park after your 11 due to unforeseen circumstances....just don't make a habit of it....but you need to plan your trip.

I usually run up to 12am and gave up trying to find parking at truck stops or rest areas long time ago. I just try to book my loads that way, so I spend the night at the receiver.
