I'm not sure if it is unspoken, but if you see a fellow trucker on the side of the road and you can safely move over to the left... do so.

Here we all come up on a open scale house. Two miles to go. Everyone starts swapping lanes jockeying to get in line.
What they don't see is little old me 15 below speed limit lumbering along allowing all sorts of truckers ahead of me in my nice half mile long strip of empty lane. Thank you sir, thankee kindly, awesome driver, etc.
